Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made to order and are not ready to ship immediately. Production and fulfillment may take between 2 to 9 weeks, depending on material availability, production volume, and demand.

Please understand that timelines are estimates and may shift due to unforeseen delays. We will share updates, if any, via our Instagram page (@triunethreads).

Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed.

Pre-Made Items

For in-stock, pre-made items, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and fulfillment before the item ships.

Each order is handled with care, and processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume and holiday schedules.

It is your responsibility to carefully review the product description to confirm whether an item is listed as pre-order or pre-made before purchasing. TRIUNE THREADS does not offer refunds for misunderstanding product type, shipping timelines, or policies.

Shipping Policy

Domestic U.S. Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

- Once fulfilled, orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days.

- All packages are shipped uninsured by default.

- TRIUNE THREADS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

- If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Shipping

- International orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs processing.

- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

- Customers are solely responsible for any tariffs, duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by their country. TRIUNE THREADS does not cover or reimburse these fees under any circumstances.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not liable for delays, misdeliveries, theft, or damages caused during transit.
