Refund Policy
At TRIUNE THREADS, each item is crafted with care. Due to the custom-made and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS under any circumstances.
Exchanges
If you need to request an exchange for the same item in a different size (if available), please contact us at info@triunethreads.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All associated shipping fees (to and from) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to approval and availability.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@triunethreads.com within 3 days of receipt.
You must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a solution which may include a replacement or partial refund. Please note:
- Claims submitted after 3 days may not be honored.
- Minor variations in thread color, design placement, or stitching are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.
- Damage caused by improper handling or care after delivery is not covered.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or modified, especially for pre-orders and custom items. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped without insurance by default. TRIUNE THREADS is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, contact us before placing your order.
- We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- For international orders, tariffs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be due at the time of delivery.
- We recommend shipping to a secure and trusted location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
Delays & Production Timelines
We strive to meet all stated production and shipping timelines, but delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Material shortages
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing
TRIUNE THREADS is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will communicate updates via our Instagram page.
Color & Design Disclaimer
Due to differences in screen displays and the nature of embroidery, slight variations in thread color, placement, or design scale may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
